Coming soon: online course “Project Controls and Schedule Management”

We are about to launch the online course “Project Controls and Schedule Management” in the BRIDGE CONSULT PROFESSIONAL SERIES.

How do you tell whether a project will finish on time? What will the delays cost? Which actions will put things right?

On the course we will turn contract events and construction data into a system for managing time, cost and change.

What participants will learn

26 academic hours of practical training, during which participants will learn to:

• build a work breakdown structure and a programme;
• review and update the programme and forecast project completion;
• link progress of the works to costs, payments, changes and risks;
• assess time and cost variances;
• analyse delays and substantiate an extension of time;
• prepare a recovery programme and material for management decisions.

Our approach: from practice to theory

Training is built on working through real project situations: we solve the problem, go through the methods it needs, and check how to apply them in practice.

Live Uzbek translation

We are currently testing live translation for the online sessions: the trainer speaks Russian, and Uzbek subtitles appear on participants’ phones with a delay of about 2–4 seconds. We pay particular attention to the accuracy of professional terms.

Submit a pre-registration

The application form is in Russian. In the «Комментарий» (Comment) field, enter “Project Controls and Schedule Management”, and in the «Кейсы для обсуждения» (Cases for discussion) field, describe problem issues from your own practice. We will consider them for inclusion in the course programme.
