Uzbek Arbitration Week 2026: International Conference in Tashkent

BRIDGE Consult invites you to the international conference “Shaping the New Legal Landscape of Central Asia: Arbitration, Investment and Market Development” — 18 June at MGIMO Tashkent, part of Uzbek Arbitration Week and the Tashkent International Investment Forum.

In Central Asia, words such as “claim”, “dispute” or “arbitration” are still often perceived as signs of a troubled project. International practice, however, shows the opposite: for investors, what matters is not only a country’s economic appeal, but also the presence of clear, transparent and predictable mechanisms for resolving the disagreements that inevitably arise during the delivery of major projects.

On 18 June 2026, Tashkent will host the international conference “Shaping the New Legal Landscape of Central Asia: Arbitration, Investment and Market Development”, included in the official programme of Uzbek Arbitration Week and the Tashkent International Investment Forum.

The event is organised by Chervets.Partners, the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) and MGIMO Tashkent.

Who Will Take Part

The conference will bring together members of the international arbitration community, investors, heads of legal functions, law firm partners, academics and representatives of state institutions.

Conference Topics

Delegates will discuss:

  • modern approaches to dispute resolution;
  • the development of the region’s investment environment;
  • the transformation of international arbitration;
  • legal instruments that influence the sustainable development of projects and markets.
